Philodendron Micans is one of Christina's most favorite plants. Native to Mexico and the Caribbean, Philodendron Micans are easy and low maintenance plants that will bring beautiful velvety texture to your collection. Philodendron Micans are a variety of Philodendron Heartleaf, making them easy to propragate but also toxic to pets. 

Care

Water: Water when the top 2-3 inches of soil are dry, you can also visually see when philodendron Micans leaves are starting to curl (this means they are thirsty). 

Light: Low light tolerant but will thrive in bright indirect sun. 

Humidity: Tolerant of normal household humidity, but will thrive in higher humidity. Consider putting near a humidifier in the winter months.
